In the last few days, we have been getting a lot of requests from our users. Most of you wanted a way where you can directly upload files in Tasks and Notes comments. So, the wait is over!
Introducing – ‘File-upload’ feature in Tasks and Notes comments!
Here are the key highlights of the update:
- Now upload files directly in the comment section
- Uploaded files can be previewed and proofed instantly in comments section (PDFs and Image files only)
- Email-notifications for the file-upload will be sent to the assigned users for both Tasks and Notes
- Files uploaded will be displayed in Files section as well
File-uploading in Tasks comments
Now share your suggestions or give a direct reference for tasks by uploading a file in the comments section. It makes more room for seamless collaboration and will save your time and effort. Along with this, you can mark changes in images and designs directly in comments without going back to Files section.
Here’s how it works:
- Go to Tasks > Select a tasklist > Choose a task > Click on attachment icon to upload
- Go to Me-View > Choose a task > Click on attachment icon to upload
File-uploading in Notes comments
Now you will also be able to add files in comments on Notes as well. Just imagine how easy it would be to make others understand your point of view while reviewing an article in Notes. Along with giving your suggestions, you can also upload images that go with the content and then choose the one that fits the best!
Here’s how it works:
- Go to Notes > Select a Notebook > Choose a note > Click on attachment icon to upload
With these new additions, our motive is to bring clarity in your feedback process and help you communicate better while collaborating at work.
If you haven’t checked it out yet, do give it a try now. We are sure you’re going to love it.
